Acknowledging QIP IRC support

The standard wording for acknowledging the QIP-IRC in publications is the following:

"This research is part of QIP IRC www.qipirc.org (GR/S82176/01) (and is also supported by ###)."

Note that acknowledgement is mandatory for papers containing authors supported by the QIP IRC, and it may also be included in other papers that you consider to have been stimulated or facilitated by the QIP IRC
