QIP algorithms

The practical case for building a quantum computer is based on a small number of known algorithms for processing information. We know that these out-perform the conventional algorithms by such an enormous factor that the a quantum computer would be more than worthwhile. But the number of good known algorithms is quite small; in this project we plan to contribute towards the development of a toolkit for the design of quantum algorithms.
